Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful room with amazing bathroom. Great location near cafes, restaurants, and a mall.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, rooms were spacious and well-equipped, great amenities for pets and children, convenient early check-in, fantastic swimming pool and sauna facilities, excellent location.

The hotel was contemporary and clean with pleasant views of a venue of this calibre and price. The rooms were spotless and airy with a large bathroom.

The English breakfast with bread, cheese, butter and jam was perfect. The bedroom was comfortable and the bed was very exceptionally comfortable. The staff did all they can for a great stay. Service was very FANTASTIC during my stay too.

Here we experienced luxury at its finest. the exclusive amenities provided were a treat to our senses. the room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. the rooftop pool offered a breathtaking view of the city, and the sun terrace had ample sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. the in-room breakfast was delicious, and the bar/lounge area served refreshing drinks.

Though the service was excellent, the snack bar didn't have enough options to cater to our taste.

The Grand Deluxe rooms at this centrally located hotel are grand, with spacious bathrooms and a huge showering area. The hotel is close to the bustling Potsdamer Platz, a major station, as well as a big shopping center with supermarkets and food stores. You can easily walk to famous sites like Brandenburg Tor and Unter den Linden, and if you're feeling adventurous, even to Museum Island or Alexanderplatz. Plus, the hotel is just a few blocks away from the beautiful Tiergarten, perfect for those who want to be in direct touch with nature.

The hotel is located right at the center of all the major activities, making it convenient for exploring the city. It is close to everything, including the shopping district, Brandenburg Gate, and Potsdamer Platz train station. The rooms are spacious, bright, and cosy, with extra soft, light. The staff provide exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel also has a fantastic pool and spa area.

The lobby area is small and lacks seating for people waiting.

The venue had exclusive amenities that exceeded our luxurious expectations. the room was spacious, furnished with the latest equipment and its elegant decor provides a comfortable atmosphere. the Spa & wellness centre was our highlight: we enjoyed the sauna and Jacuzzi, and the massage was rejuvenating. We were impressed by the rooftop pool that provided a stunning view of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt in Berlin. The location was perfect, with popular attractions within walking distance. The rooftop pool and sunbathing area were a great place to relax after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious, although I wish there were more options. The only minor drawback was the lack of greenery in the pool area, but it didn't dampen my experience. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions, including the Berlin Philharmonie and the Sony Center, just across the road. Guests can easily explore the vibrant city and visit historic sites. Furthermore, the larger restaurant offered a wide variety of choices and provided plenty of options for a satisfying meal.

Some guests mentioned that the hotel staff did not meet their expectations and encountered issues with the concierge and front desk services.

The hotel had a central location, close to shopping areas and cafes. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Leo at reception. the rooms were spacious, quiet, and comfortable. the spa was a nice addition and the breakfast was delicious.

There was a lack of charging sockets on the other side of the bed.

The rooms were excellent, with fantastic showers and automatic blinds for total blackout. the walk-in wardrobes were a nice touch, and the linens and toiletries provided were of high quality.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the pillows in the rooms were too thin and soft, lacking proper support.
